Next Day Ship

If you place your order before 9:00 PM CDT, Monday through Friday, we guarantee to ship all UPS Next Day, 2 Day Air and 3 Day select on the next business day. Depending on your location from our warehouse, it will take 1 - 10 business days for your package to arrive. Some speakers ship in 1-2 weeks.

Domestic Shipping

We use UPS for all standard shipping. UPS does not count weekends and holidays as shipping days. UPS provides Satuday deliveries for Air packages for an additional $10.00 fee. Please let us know if you have urgent orders so we can get your package out on time. We buy insurance on all UPS packages to protect from damages and packages getting lost in transition. Please add items to the shopping cart and use our shipping calculator to calculate shipping costs. Please call a sales representative immediately at 815-326-0629 to cancel your order. We will do our best to cancel your order. Once the package is shipped, no cancellation can be made.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packaging

1.  Damaged Package - If you feel your package was damaged through shipping, retain all of your packaging materials and call us immediately. UPS will pick up the package for an insurance claim.

2.  Lost / Delayed Package - If you are unable to track your UPS package, or your package did'nt arrive by the specified date, please contact us.

 If for any reason, are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of purchase. (you pay return shipping & 15% restocking fees) Must be returned in original packaging materials. If Item is defective, buyer only pays retun shipping and replacement will be shipped back without charge. Thank you
